I *did* receive a couple of gifts through PayPal around that time, though, so I'm starting to think that someone is hacking PayPal accounts. If it's someone that I know who has a new number, their NAME would appear on the call, and they would try me on my home number if they didn't get me on that cell. So when I get 'random' calls on it, I automatically terminate. I do not EVER give this cell number out to ANYONE, even PayPal. On 10/2/14, I received a call from 40, did not answer the unidentified call, knew that it was not from anyone that I know.
